Abstract: In the context of globalization, the study of cultural differences between English and Chinese kinship terms holds significant importance for cross-cultural communication. Chinese kinship terms are characterized by their “precision.” They strictly categorize familial relationships through dimensions such as paternal/maternal lines, paternal cousins/maternal cousins, and seniority. This reflects the social order and family-oriented values of a patriarchal society. In contrast, English kinship terms exhibit “generality,” using broad terms like “uncle” and “cousin” to simplify familial....

Abstract: This study explores the association between Learning Styles and Achievement in Economics among undergraduate students under the University of Calicut. Grounded in the Felder-Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM), the research investigates how four key learning style dimensions—Active-Reflective, Sensing-Intuitive, Visual-Verbal, and Sequential-Global—relate to academic performance in economics. A sample of 300 students was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through two standardized tools: a Learning Style Inventory and an Achievement.......

Abstract: The accurate prediction of protein structures remains a major problem to structural biochemistry and computational vaccinology with the structural layout of amino acids dictating the exposure of epitopes, protein stability and subsequent immune detection. Although classical deep learning systems, like AlphaFold2, have changed the sphere, there are still unresolved challenges in the design of flexible loop models, intrinsically disordered loops, and surface folds, i.e., areas that are typically chemically and immunologically critical. This paper evaluates the potentials of quantum-enhanced protein folding simulations to address the challenges through systematic comparison of their structural.......

Abstract: Background: Speaking techniques are many, but choosing the most suitable techniques for students is not an easy task. One of the solutions that teachers often choose to use to develop students' speaking skills is drama. Dramatic speaking is a speaking method that does not constrain the speaker like other speaking teaching methods, the learner can imagine a specific context to speak, this teaching method encourages learners to speak confidently, and teachers participate in correcting pronunciation when students pronounce incorrectly, helping learners enhance their speaking skills effectively. This study aims to examine the improvement of speaking skills in aspects including confidence, fluency, and accuracy, and to investigate the change in attitudes of grade 6A students at Kim Thuong Lower Secondary School (35 students) through the intervention teaching model using drama-based projects.......

Abstract: Innovative pedagogical practices play a critical role in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning in primary education, yet teachers often encounter barriers such as limited training, infrastructural gaps, and lack of resources (Panda, Kharwar, & Patel, 2025). This study explored primary school teachers’ awareness and implementation of innovative pedagogical approaches in the Medchal-Malkajgiri district of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. A mixed-methods design was employed, combining a descriptive survey with semi-structured interviews and classroom observations. Stratified random sampling included teachers from government, private, and international schools. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and ANOVA, while qualitative data provided contextual insights into classroom practices....
