Abstract: Keratoconus (KC) and several corneal ectasias present significant diagnostic challenges, particularly in their subclinical demonstration such as form-fruste keratoconus (FFKC). Earliest and accurate disease detection is primary for appropriate involvement and reducing risks connected with refractive surgery. Traditional analysis of corneal imaging data, often represented as scalar fields or coefficient sets (e.g., Zernike polynomials), can be subjective and may fail to capture subtle, high-dimensional patterns indicative of early disease.
