Abstract: Nyctanthes arbor-tristis L. is a flowering plant widely distributed in Bangladesh as well as all over tropical and subtropical regions of Southeast Asia. It has been used in traditional medicine for its various pharmacological activities. This study evaluated the sedative, analgesic and cytotoxic activities of the ethanolic extract (NAE) and methanol extract (NAM) of Nyctanthes arbor-tristis L. leaves. Both the extracts showed significant sedative depressant property when assessed by thiopental sodium-induced sleeping time study and open field test at the doses 200 and 400 mg/kg (p.o.). Diazepam (1mg/kg, i.p.) was used as reference in both the experiments. The extracts also showed antinociceptive activity when determined using acetic acid-induced writhing test and formalin-induced paw licking test in mice.........

Abstract: Pharmacogenetics is new drug knowledge where we investigated how drug triggers divine mechanics of cell to control / uncontrol ( side effects ) its functions ( metabolism - both normal and abnormal ) and finally to set cell at changed function by second order of the universe. To understand pharmacogenetics of drug and to understand phenomenon of body structure and function ( Both normal and abnormal and life and death phenomena ) , we have to understand Basic Building Blocks ( B.B.B – Mind – CCP , Code PcPs and CP and Mass – B.Bit -- Fig 1 ). Life effects are higher thought expressions ( activated different Code PcPs – informations ) of B.B.Bs. Formations of molecules , atoms and particles are due to lower thought expressions ( Thought - CCP – Programming – Code PcPs –Interaction – Effects ) . Drugs are divine units with fixed activated Code PcPs (structural Code PcPs, physical Code.......

Abstract: The effect of adding 2,4 – Diclorophenoxyacetic Acid (2,4-D) On The genetic changes organogenesis of oil palm based on Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) markers has been done at Genetic Laboratory and Plant Tissue Culture of Faculty Mathematics and Science, University of Sumatera Utara. The experimental design was completely randomized with four levels of 2,4-D concentrations; 0 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 115 mg/L, 120 mg/L, 135 mg/L, and 140 mg/L. The statistical analysis showed that 100 mg/L of 2,4-D significantly affected the initiation organ. The SSR markers with 8 primer showed that initiation 2,4-D caused genetic changes organogenesis of oil palm.

|Title||:||Is Sepiella inermis 'Spineless|
Abstract: Many a report seemed to project at a noble notion of having identified some novel and bioactive compounds claimed to have been found from Sepiella inermis; but lagged to log their novelty scarcely defined due to certain technical blunders they seem to have coldly committed in such valuable pieces of aboriginal research works, reported to have sophistically been accomplished but unnoticed with considerable lack of significant finesse. They have dealt with finer biochemicals already been reported to have been available from S.inermis; yet, to one's dismay, have failed to maintain certain conventional means meant for original research. This quality review discusses about the illogical math rooting toward and logical aftermath branching from especially certain spectral reports..

|Title||:||Stability Indicating Rp-Hplc Method For The Simultaneous Estimation Of
Atazanavir And Cobicistat In Bulk And Tablet Dosage Form
|Authors||:||S. Naazneen || A. Sridevi|
Abstract: The combination of Atazanavir and Cobicistat combined dosage form is used for the treatment of HIV-1 infection. Review of Literature reveals that there is no stability indicating HPLC methods for simultaneous estimation of atazanavir and cobicistat from tablet dosage form. Hence a High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed and validated for the estimation of Atazanavir and Cobicistat simultaneously. Chromatographic separation was optimized by gradient HPLC on a C18 column [Phenomenex, 250 x 4.6 mm, 5μ] utilizing a mobile phase consisting a mixture of 0.01M sodium acetate buffer of pH 4.2 , methanol and acetontrile in the ratio of 25:15:60 v/v at a flow rate of 1ml/min with UV detection at 235nm. The retention time of Atazanavir and Cobicistat was 5.48 min and 7.02 min respectively. Good Linearity obtained over the range of 25μg/ml to 150μg/ml...........

Abstract: Human papillomaviruses(HPV) are the etiological agents of cervical and other ano-genital malignancies. More than 200 genotypes of HPV have been identified, of these, genotypes 16,18,31,33,45,51,52,53,58 have been classified as "high-risk" (HR-HPV) because they are associated with the malignant progression of cervical tumors and with other genital and head-neck malignancies. This study aimed to evaluate the association between the infection with HR-HPVs and histo-pathological presentations. Material and method: This cross-section and prospective study was conducted during March 2016 to March 2017.The study included 150 fresh cervical tissue biopsy samples..

Abstract: Background: Abortion is considered not only a major reproductive health matter, but also as a health risk factor for mother's well-being and threatening their lives and comforts. Objectives: To assess the prevalence of abortion and its immediate complications and the possible risk factors associated with abortion in Orrota Maternity Hospital (OMH), Eritrea. Methodology: A descriptive and analytical - a cross-sectional study was conducted on 250 women admitted with abortion into the gynecological ward of OMH from January – June, 2016. Data were collected by interviewing a structured questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS software version 20. Results: Abortion cases were 14% of all deliveries and 64 % of all gynecological admissions. The immediate complications of abortion accounted for 60%. On assessing the risk......
