Abstract: The pedagogical paradigm of the 21st century has shifted from traditional, teacher-centric instruction to active, learner-oriented frameworks. While the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 mandates comprehensive technology integration, structural disparities in remote and geographically volatile regions often turn these mandates into a "double digital divide." This study investigates the influence of digital literacy and technological adaptation on the academic achievement of senior secondary (Class-XII) students (n=42) across nine (09) senior secondary schools under the Barkhetri education block of Nalbari district, Assam. Specifically, it explores how basic digital proficiency and positive student perceptions facilitate knowledge exploration and motivation. Abstract: This study assessed the capacity-building requirements of cassava farmers for Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. Using a descriptive survey design, data were collected from 180 cassava farmers through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that 62.5% of respondents had low knowledge of CSA practices, while 70.8% reported inadequate training opportunities. Abstract: Bangladesh held general elections in 2008 and 2014. Both returned the Awami League to power. The two elections differed sharply in participation, competitiveness, and legitimacy. The 2008 election was held under a non-party caretaker government. All 300 seats were contested. Turnout was 87.13 percent. All major parties took part, and the result was widely accepted as credible. The 2014 election was held under the incumbent government, after the caretaker system was abolished by the Fifteenth Amendment in 2011. The main opposition alliance boycotted the polls.....
