Abstract: Purpose: The paper examines the effectiveness of public health information systems in promoting primary healthcare in Elburgon division, Nakuru County, Kenya and suggests possible recommendations to improve health information delivery in rural communities. |Title||:||Influence of Work Design on Employee Commitment in Star Capital Group with Agile Work Culture|

Abstract: This study aims to know the effect of work design on work commitment in Star Capital Group company; and find out which actual indicator of the job design influences work commitment the most. This research method is quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through surveys, with a questionnaire instrument. The population is all employees of the Star Capital Group. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, because all population elements are sampled. The number of samples are 170 employees. The analysis technique uses the ordinary least square (OLS) through SPSS software. The results showed that work design had a positive and significant effect on work commitment. Among the five dimensions of work design, four dimensions (job variation, job significance, job autonomy, and feedback) have a positive and significant effect on work commitment. Only the dimension of work identity has a negative and significant effect on work commitment. Dimension of work variations are the most influential on work commitment

Abstract: The poor academic achievement of students in technical colleges in Nigeria has been a major concern to technical educators and researchers. It is believed that the use of the effective instructional methods in technical colleges would enhance students' achievement. It is therefore important that teachers in technical colleges would adopt instructional methods that could improve the academic achievement of students in technical colleges. The study therefore, ascertained theeffect of computer-assisted instruction on students' academic achievement and interestof high and low achieving in auto-mechanics technology in technical colleges. Four research questions were answered and two null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Quasi-experimental design was used for the study. Population of the study was 128 National Technical Certificate (NTC) year 1 Auto-Mechanics trade students in state owned technical colleges. Abstract: Any transfer of land rights shall be subject to the acquisition of rights on land and building (BPHTB). Based on article 4 paragraph (1) Qanun of North Aceh Regency which is the basis of calculation of BPHTB is tax object acquisition value (NPOP). Tax Object Acquisition (NPOP) value is a transaction value that is agreed by both parties that is between the seller and the buyer. However, in practice the basic value for the calculation of BPHTB is determined by the BPKD of North Aceh Regency which is not expressly entitled to interfere with the determination of the fundamental value in the calculation of BPHTB of the transitional rights to the land and building. Abstract: The outbreak of Novel Covid-19 that fully shut down the global economy, international transport, local commuting, educational sector, entertainment industry, sports, manufacturing, agriculture and trading has introduced new occupational safety and health challenges into the global management system. The identification of psychological and social conditions that may trigger Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) critical problems /issues if not properly managed calls for immediate attention and possible solutions . Hence, the research focused on the application of Bibliotherapy in managing post covid-19 OSH psychological and social challenges that may affect workers and business operations. The study utilised the survey method in determining the most probable OSH Challenges that workers willing to return to work may encounter. The study further highlighted the possible methods of managing the OSH challenges; knowledge on the use of Bibliotherapy technique in managing psychosocial conditions in the workplace. Finally, recommendations are proffered on the application of bibliotherapy as an effective treatment.
