Abstract: Background: When the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (RTE Act) mandated the formation of School Management Committees (SMC) in every government-funded schools, it was primarily aimed at encouraging the community, especially parents to ensure a more people and children-friendly school environment and also to ensure that all government-funded schools can and will deliver quality education to school children irrespective of gender, socio-cultural and socio-economic background. However, this plan has often been in the limelight for all the wrong reason. With the Government of Manipur also trying its best to correct the shortcomings and revamping the SMCs in the state, the paper is an attempt to critically but briefly look into the working of SMCs in the state with 10 schools in Imphal West district of Manipur taken as a case study..........

Abstract: Background: The problem in this research is related to the development question points of the exposition text on Socrative. The purpose of this study is to produce exposition text questions on Socrative, to describe the validity of exposition text items on Socrative, and to describe the reliability of exposition text items on Socrative.
Materials and methods: The method used in this research is research and development (R&D). Data collection techniques used tests, interviews and questionnaires to three schools Junior High School (SMP) in East Lampung, including SMP Negeri 1 Way Jepara, SMP Negeri 1 Braja Selebah, and SMP YPI 1 Braja Selebah in academic year 2020/2021. Abstract: The study investigated teachers of special needs education understanding of genetic counselling as preventive measures for intellectual disabilities in Akwa Ibom State. In order to achieve the purpose of this study three objectives were stated and tested. Descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study and the population consisted of all the teachers in two special education schools in Akwa Ibom state. 30 teachers were purposively selected for the study. The instrument used was teachers of special needs education understanding of genetic counselling as a preventive measure for intellectual disability questionnaire" (TSNEUGCMFIDQ) which was validated and had a reliability coefficient of 0.73. Independent t-test was used to test the hypothesis at 0.5 level of significance. The result and the major findings showed that there is a significant understanding of the genetic counselling as a preventive measure for intellectual disability among teachers of special education.......

Abstract: This project assessed the barriers to implementation of electronic health information in Ife Central Local Government Area of Osun State. The study was conducted among 170 members of staff through the administration of questionnaire survey. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data collected for the study. The finding thus showed that 98.8% of the respondents agreed and strongly agreed that electronic health information works at a very high speed, 98.2% others agreed and strongly agree that electronic health records provide patient with quick and easy access to their health information, regarding to the barriers to the use of electronic health records management, 96.4% of the respondent agreed and strongly agreed that network problem, and poor internet connection are the main barriers to implementation of electronic health information management. The findings revealed further that although electronic health records is not in used in the two hospitals, majority of the respondent preferred electronic health information management. The study concluded that adequate funding,adequate power supply,internet connectivity should be adopted as well as staff training.

Abstract: The study evaluated the challenges and the possible management approaches in the implementation of agricultural education programme in colleges of education. The study adopted survey research design. The population for the study was 88, made up of staff of federal and state colleges of education in the south east of Nigeria. A structured questionnaire that was face validated by three experts was used for data collection. Reliability index of the instrument was 0.87 using Cronbach Alpha method. Exactly 88 copies of the instrument were physically administered on the respondents. Out of the 88 copies of the questionnaire that were administered, 86 (representing 98% retrieval rate) were retrieved and duly completed, thus were used for data analysis. Abstract: The purpose of the study was to examine child rearing practices and social development of pupils in Owerri education zone. To achieve this purpose, the study adopted the ex-post fact to research design. Four research question and four null hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The target population for the study consisted of all the 12,292 primary five pupils in all the 439 public primary schools in Owerri education zone. A sample size of 2,458 (20%) of the study population of primary five pupils was drawn through the multi-stage sampling techniques for the study. 40 primary schools were sampled using stratified random sampling techniques. Abstract: This paper aims at investigating complaint external and internal modifications as employed by Moroccan learners of English at the tertiary level. These modifications are compared and contrasted against the strategies elicited in the same situations from Moroccan Arabic speakers and from native speakers of American English.
