Abstract: AS good as a person's Locus of Control is where that person Place the primary causation of events in his or her life. Locus Of Control theory evolved from Bandura's Social Learning Theory, which poists that observed and imitated behaviors are Either reinforced through reward or extinguished through punishment. According to rotter, Locus of Control falls on a continuum, with those who believe that their life is largely controlled by outside forces (externals) falling on one end of the spectrum while those who belive that by and large they control they own lives (internals) falling on the other end............

Authors | : | Mehmet Barut || Mara Alves Soares || Adriana Maria Procópio de Araujo || John J. Kanet |
Abstract: Changes have occurred in the market expectations of accountancy graduates, demanding not only specific knowledge of accounting techniques from these students, but also multiple competences and a holistic view of the business world. The problem-based learning (PBL) method proposes to stimulate critical thinking and problem-solving skills and also to encourage students to learn concepts in their area. The use of PBL in the accounting area, however, is still incipient. This research aims to verify the effectiveness of the PBL method in the accountancy programs in higher education institutions...........

Title | : | Classification of the States of India Based on Higher Education Development Indicators |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Tushar Kanti Ghara |
Abstract: There are development indicators for elementary education as developed by NEUPA. There is no such for higher education in relation to India. All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) started in 2010-2011 on annual basis. Based on AISHE database, a number of factors has been taken as indicators for higher education development. Using cluster analysis, an attempt has been made to classify the states on India into different homogeneous clusters. Thus, a ranking of the states of India has also been made.

Title | : | Maternal Exposure to Biomass Smoke and Reduced Birth Size in Bangladesh: Evidence from Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey, 2011 Data |
Country | : | Bangladesh |
Authors | : | Tazia Hossain |
Abstract: Birth weight is an important indicator of a child's health status. It is a significant factor of mortality and morbidity. This paper tackles the issue of birth size using data from the Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey (BDHS)-2011, and focuses on one important risk factor, -type of cooking fuel used in the household and its effect on low birth size at birth. In this study observes that woman's delivering a low birth weight baby is 61% greater if she lives in a household which uses biomass (such as wood, animal dunk etc) fuel, instead of clean fuel (such as natural gas, LPG, electricity). Using logistic regression model, the study establishes that the use of biomass cooking fuel (biomass fuel or kerosene) for daily use of cooking and heating is a significant risk factor of low birth size. Other demographic factors are associated with low birth weight are examined as well. Information about the effect cooking fuel on birth weight should lead the government and policymakers to make clean cooking fuel available to Bangladesh households at a cheap cost.

Title | : | Nobel Prize Physics 2008 ("for the discovery of the mechanism of spontaneous broken symmetry in subatomic physics") is On Illusion and Incomplete Work on Standard Model. It Is Basic Building Block (Laplace Determinism - Divine Mechanics) That Underpins Broken Symmetry Of Subatomic Particles. |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Dr V M Das |
Abstract: A hitherto unexplained broken symmetry of the same kind lies behind the very origin of the cosmos in the Big Bang some 14 billion years ago. If equal amounts of matter and antimatter were created, they ought to have annihilated each other. But this did not happen, there was a tiny deviation of one extra particle of matter for every 10 billion antimatter particles. It is this broken symmetry that seems to have caused our cosmos to survive. The question of how this exactly happened still remains unanswered. Perhaps the new particle accelerator LHC at CERN in Geneva will unravel some of the mysteries that continue to puzzle us. [1]The subatomic particle are made up of more fundamental particles called Basic Building Blocks ( B.B.Bs) which are made up of mind and mass. These B.B.Bs are divine in nature with the result they talk with each other by phenomenon called atomic transcription and translation ( thought expressions)

Title | : | Relationship between Strategic Planning and Performance of Public Secondary Schools in Kangundo Sub-County, Machakos County, Kenya |
Country | : | Kenya |
Authors | : | Peter Geoffrey Kariuki || Dr. Julius Maiyo || Dr. Judah M. Ndiku |
Abstract: Many scholars and authors argue that the relationship of strategic planning and performance has not been clearly established and that although strategic planning is not the sole contributor to high organization performance, organizations with excellently executed strategic plans perform better than their counterparts. Issues of contingency, dynamic and complex environment have necessitated strategic planning in organizations. To address the concerns of quality of education provided, the Government of Kenya has made it mandatory for all public secondary schools to develop strategic plans to guide their operations. Whereas many schools have developed strategic plans, how these strategic plans have helped them to improve on their performance is not clear. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between strategy implementation and performance in public secondary schools in Kangundo Sub-county
