As Soon As They Feel Dissatisfied With The Current Employer Or The Job, They Switch Over To The Next Job. It Is The Responsibility Of The Employer To Retain Their Best Employees, If They Don't They Would Be Left Would Be Left With No Good Employees. A Good Employer Should Know How To Attract And Retain Its Employees. Employee Retention Would Require A Lot Of Efforts, Energy, And Resources But The Results Are Worth It.

Abstract: This project is undertaken EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION THROUGH MOTIVATION OF KITEX LTD, KIZZHAKKAMBALAM. The study has been conducted by adopting survey method among the employee in KITEX LTD. With the help of questionnaire. The sample of size 100 respondents from the company was chosen for the study. The scope of the study consist of the importance of the employee satisfaction is to find out the satisfaction level of the employees. The objective tell about the necessity of the study. The research methodology consist of design, sample size, sample techniques, the project work is based on descriptive research, exploratory research, sampling is used for data collection. The study provide some findings that were interrupted from the analysis of the collected data. The suggestions were given which may help the company to improve employee job satisfaction.

Abstract: A study on customer satisfaction towards toothpaste with special reference to Colgate. The main objective of to identify the various factor influencing customer in purchase of the toothpaste, to know the customer satisfaction level about the toothpaste. The research design used in this study is descriptive research design. Data was collected from 50 sample respondents. Data was collected by survey method, the survey was collected erode city in Tamilnadu, through structured questionnaire with five point rating scale questions. Secondary data were collected from the available literature sources. For distribution of questionnaire to the respondents random sampling method was used and to collect the respondents opinion, survey was taken among the selected sample respondents. After collecting the data from the respondents, it was analyzed using factor analysis, percentage analysis ,and chi square method The collected data include customer satisfaction towards Colgate toothpaste personal product details. Abstract: The main objective of the study is to analyze factors for training and development in Ahill Apperal exports (p) limited, uthukuli , Tirupur, Tamilnadu The main focus of the study is to measure the factors of employee training and development. The secondary data were collected through company profile, organization website and other related library books. After data collection statistical tools are using for the analysis and find out the average relationship between data's. Statistical tools includes simple percentage & chi-square analysis are utilized to measure the training and development of employee. Research design in this study is descriptive research study. From the analysis it was found that the employees are satisfied or not with their company training and development. But the management has to provide more practical sessions in the training and development to improve their respective fields. Such development programs will help them to enhance their knowledge in the respective fields. Meaning of training: It is a learning process that involves the acquisition of knowledge, sharpening of skills, concepts, rules, or changing of attitudes and behaviours to enhance the performance of employees. Meaning of development: Formal education, job experiences, relationships and assessments of personality and abilities that help employees prepare for the future

Abstract: This study is to know about the passengers' choice of bus in the route of Coimbatore-Erode. It also helps to know about the passengers' choice of bus to travel.From the analysis of the study it is found that most of the passengers preferring private bus only. Tamil nadu Transport Corporation should concentrate to choose the buses. Special focus should give to the maintenance, cleanliness, reaching on time, infrastructure facilities, standing & seating convenience. Both Government and private buses should respect the passengers, clear the queries and allow the passengers to travel for small distance. The government buses have to improve the service in the route. From this study, it is concluded that the passengers perceived both private buses and government bus has to improve all service facilities.

Therefore, smart phone and its application are now most popular keywords in mobile technology. Today‟s smart phone application markets host an ever increasing number of applications. The sheer number of applications makes their review a daunting task.. Apps Playground integrates multiple components comprising different detection and an automatic exploration technique for this purpose.Our evaluation shows that Apps Playground is quite effective at automatically detecting privacy leaks and malicious functionality in applications. The purpose of this paper is to present the result of a survey on the attitude and behavior of consumers toward the various types of smart phone usages such as application software, e-mail, Internet browsing, ringtones, and other mobile contents The data were collected through survey questionnaires filled by 50 individual users across the city in Erode. Abstract: The study was entitled under a "Customer preference towards Soft Drinks" which focused on finding the impact of various independent factors such as Brand, Price, Quality, Taste, Aesthetics, Variety, Availability, Discount& Offers, Brand Ambassador, Advertisement, Eco-Friendliness and Ingredients on overall customer preference towards soft drinks. It is examined with Multiple Regressions statistical tool together with examination of various demographical factors that affect the customer preference was also studied using simple frequency table & chi square. From this study we conclude that all the factors such as Brand, Taste, Aesthetics, Variety, Availability, Discount & Offers, Brand Ambassador, Advertisement, Eco-Friendliness and Ingredients except Price, Quality, and Quantity has significant impact on overall Customer Preference.
