Title | : | Conceptual Study on Service Quality and Relationship Quality Research |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Dr. Hari Sundar.G || Jithin Benedict |
Abstract: This conceptual research work in albeit is an attempt to outline an overall approach for tracking service and relationship quality that differs substantially from the conventional paradigm. The traditional attitude-based approach relies on assumptions about the link between evaluations of service quality and subsequent behaviour, which are not supported by the substantive body of research findings about buyer behaviour. The attitude-based approach also requires inferences to be made concerning what aspects of service provision determine the attitudes.

Abstract: Stress refers to the strain an individual is subject to, from the conflict between his/her external environment and him/her leading to emotional and physical tension. Title | : | Employee Engagement: An Imperative for Creating Job Satisfaction in Evolving Workplaces |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Ms.Rajani Sunny.T, Assistant Professor || Dr A J.Joshua, Associate Professor |
Abstract: The concept of employee engagement is acquiring greater significance among academic and professionals in India. The literature on employee engagement has flourished over the last two decades, but there is relatively shortage of studies in the Indian context. The objective of the present study is to analyze the determinants of employee engagement which leads to job satisfaction. Organizations should realize that engaged employees play a crucial role in achieving sustainable success and competitive advantage. Engaged employees experience a pleasurable emotional state at work, indicating high level of job satisfaction whereas disengaged employees are disconnected from work, rationally, emotionally and motivationally. Disengagement results in job dissatisfaction, turnover and absenteeism in the work place. Therefore the present study tries to propose that employee engagement is positively related to job satisfaction. The study tries to identify the crucial role of employee engagement in creating job satisfaction.

Title | : | Relationship Bonding Strategies and Customer Retention: A Study in Business To Business Context |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Prof. Milna Susan Joseph || Ms. Anusree Unnikrishnan |
Abstract: A company's ability to attract and retain new customers, is not only related to its product or services, but strongly related to the way it services its existing customers and the reputation it creates within and across the marketplace. The use of relationship management as a key driver in the sustenance and growth of customer base has never been in doubt. Businesses can build customer relationships by initiating one or several types of bonds. Berry (1995) introduced the concept of relational bonding levels that are categorized as financial, social and structural bonds and suggested that the effectiveness of relationship strategies are measured on the basis of these three bonds.

Title | : | "A Study On The Factors Influencing Career Choices Of Ngo Employees At Coimbatore" |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Kiran Vijay || Bibin Markose || Bindusree A.R. |
Abstract: A non-governmental organization (NGO) is any non-profit, voluntary citizens' group which is organized on a local, national or international level. Task-oriented and driven by people with a common interest, NGOs perform a variety of service and humanitarian functions, bring citizen concerns to Governments, advocate and monitor policies and encourage political participation through provision of information It is predicted by experts that if India is to achieve the living standards of the developed world, the NGO sector would need to play a critical role, and must grow at a pace much higher than that required for the overall Indian economy. Keeping this in mind, NGOs are to be given a lot more importance than it already has. In this scenario, NGO employees who form the very base of this sector are to be given a lot more importance and are to be researched upon.
