Stress has become an issue of great concern & worry as it can have damaging physiological & psychological effect on people working in organization/ institutes. An attempt has been made through this research paper to know the reason of stress among lecturer & the ways/ techniques to cope with stress generated at work place & its impact on them. The study also focuses on employees behavior and attitudes towards productivity which gets affected due to stress in organization. The research method used is purely on secondary data analysis by referring various research papers & journals of this nature, findings & suggestions are made based on grounded theory approach.

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the impact of credit risk on profitability of select Scheduled Commercial Banks in India.The population was divided into two clusters of scheduled commercial banks comprising of nationalized banks and private sector banks. The researchers have used a two-stage cluster sampling method for the selection of the sample.Five banks each, from both the clusters have been selected for the study. Thus, the total sample size is 10. The five public sector banks and five private sector banks are selected for study. The annual report in the duration from 2009- 10 to 2015-16 of each bank are used in the analysis of the data. Therefore, there are total 70 observations (10 banks* 7 years) used in the quantitative analysis..........

Abstract: The paper examined the tax elasticity and tax buoyancy of Center, State and Combine government during 1990-91 to 2015-16. The study has used log regression model with the help of E-views software to calculate the coefficient value. Even the study found that discriminatory changes and increase in GDP both have been proved tax productive. Even the study compares the value of tax elasticity and tax buoyancy for different period of time. The study revealed that compare to Centre government, the State Governments are more tax productive.

Abstract: In today's highly competitive environment, an Indian consumer acts as the biggest opportunity for the Indian Banking system. In the last few years we have seen that Indian banks have become more conscious about their brands, and have started to differentiate, safeguard and take care of their brands in the market. Branding in India is a tough Job as we have to work with the large number of customers emerging from the various sets of communities, cultures, life styles, etc. the research looks into the branding activities undergone by new generation banks/ new private banks in India. This research study conducted in Mumbai helps to determine the respondents' level of awareness of Brand of Banks, the impact of branding of banks on consumer perceptions, and also determines the importance of brand over other factors, which are taken into consideration by the consumers, before establishing a banking relationship.
