Abstract: The online food delivery (OFD) system is the practice of food ordering from a local restaurant or food cooperative through a web page or app and it has become common worldwide. We undertook a literature review on this topical. There are two main goals for this study. The first is to bring out the operating mode of the OFD and the second was to determine opportunities and challenges this system always faces. The system has three main components: the producers who are restaurants the delivery man who are intermediators and principal actors dealing with internet for delivery and the consumers........
