Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of commercial ventures revenue (CVR) on financial performance (FP) of public universities in Kenya. Resource Based View was used to support the variable in the study. The respondents were the finance officers and deputy finance officers of public universities in Kenya. A research approach which comprised of quantitative methods was adopted for this study. Structured questionnaires were used to collect data. The responses from the questionnaires were then coded and analyzed. A pilot study on the questionnaire was done in order to validate the questionnaire and correct any errors which may have been made. Secondary data was collected from published records. Data was screened to identify any missing data. The data was further tested for reliability by use of Cronbach's Alpha and Normality by use of One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.........

Abstract: -Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is the use of HRM policies to promote the sustainable use of resources within organizations,Theobjective of this paper is to examine the Practices of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM)in the organizations based on the review of existing literature. GHRM is an emerging concept in Business fields;it has been generally observed that the existent literature has to be extended further from the perspective of functions of Human Resource Management (HRM).At present all most all type of organizations taking action for their business sustainability for long time, but most of the organizations intention is to earning more profit, it is only for short time, so organizations have to concentrate about their sustainability. This paper is going to providemore information about the practices of Green Human Resource Management Practices (GHRM) i.e. Green Job design and analysis, Green Recruitment, Green Selection, Green induction, Green Training and Development etc.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the leadership style, military education, task experience and performance of soldiers, to know and analyze the influence of leadership style, military training and task experience on soldier performance and to find out and analyze variables that have a dominant impact on leadership style, military education and task experience on soldier performance. This study population was 408 Rindam V / Brawijaya soldiers, and 80 people were selected as samples. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that leadership style, military education, and task experience significantly influence the performance of soldiers. Task experience has a dominant influence on soldier performance. Education is the main thing to improve the performance of soldiers and to support the implementation of tasks.
