Abstract: Building a skillful and knowledgeable workforce is one of the most vital activities in an organization to ensure high level of competency with proficient team in order to sustain and grow in a dynamic business environment. In this study, the researcher focused on the impact of training methods on employee performance. The objective is to examine the impact of on-the-job and off-the-job training on employee performance.
