Abstract: Human Resource (HR) strategies are plans and approaches that organizations use to manage their people effectively and align HR practices with the overall business goals. Good HR strategies help attract, develop, motivate, and retain employees while building a strong workplace culture. Human resource (HR) strategies play a critical role in the success of supply chain management (SCM) by ensuring that the right talent, skills, and organizational culture are in place to support the complex flow of goods and services. They also help retain key personnel through career development opportunities, competitive compensation packages, and employee engagement initiatives, reducing costly turnover and disruptions. Additionally, HR ensures that workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance are maintained, particularly in physically demanding areas like warehousing and logistics.
Key words :Human resource, workplace culture, employee performance, Supply Chain Resilience, collaboration between HRM and SCM.

Abstract: With the approach of brilliant gadgets, the interest for different computational ideal models like the Web of Things, haze, and distributed computing has expanded. Notwithstanding, successful asset allotment stays testing in these ideal models. This paper presents a complete writing survey on the use of man-made consciousness (man-made intelligence) techniques like profound learning (DL) and AI (ML) for asset designation streamlining in computational standards. Supposedly, there are no current audits on artificial intelligence based asset allotment approaches in various computational ideal models. The audited ML-based approaches are classified as directed and support learning (RL). In addition, DL-based approaches and their blend with RL are reviewed. The survey closes with a conversation on open examination headings and an end.

Abstract: This report explores the impact of workplace diversity on innovation and collaboration, two crucial elements for organizational success in today’s competitive business environment. By examining various studies and real-world examples, the report highlights how a diverse workforce – in terms of race, gender, cultural backgrounds, and experiences – can foster fresh perspectives and creative problem-solving. It delves into how diversity enhances team dynamics, encourages different viewpoints, and leads to innovative solutions that might not emerge in more homogenous settings. Additionally, the report discusses potential challenges, such as communication barriers and unconscious biases, that can arise in diverse teams, and suggests strategies to overcome these obstacles. Ultimately, the findings suggest that when managed effectively, workplace diversity can significantly boost both innovation and collaboration, driving overall organizational growth and success.......,

Abstract: In today’s evolving landscape of higher education, there is a pressing need to rethink traditional training and development models that often prioritize employability and skill acquisition over students’ personal well-being and long-term aspirations. This presentation explores the Capability Approach—developed by Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum—as a transformative framework for student development in higher education. It emphasizes the importance of enhancing students’ freedom to pursue lives they have reason to value, promoting both wellbeing and career autonomy. The Capability Approach shifts the focus from outcomes like job placement or academic scores to real freedoms—students' abilities to choose and act upon meaningful life goals. It calls for expanding capabilities such......

Abstract: Election prediction has gained significant attention in recent years due to its impact on political strategies and policymaking. With advancements in data analytics and machine learning, predicting election outcomes has become more accurate and reliable. Traditional methods relied on opinion polls and surveys, which often faced challenges like sample bias and response inaccuracies. However, modern approaches incorporate diverse data sources, including social media trends, historical voting patterns, demographic data, and sentiment analysis. Machine learning models, such as logistic regression, decision trees, and neural networks, play a crucial role in analysing vast datasets to identify.....

Title | : | The Impact of Human Resource Strategies on Operational Efficiency and Supply Chain Performance |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Shivangi Singh || Dr Mehak Arora |

Title | : | Resource Allocation Optimization Using Artificial Intelligence Methods in Various Computing Paradigms: A Review |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Madhulika Mittal || Nikita Kumari |

Title | : | A Capability Approach to Training and Development in Higher Education: Enhancing Students' Well-being and Career Freedom |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Neha Pal || Dr. Mehak Arora |

Authors | : | Ayushi || Yogesh Kukreti |
