Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of 5.25% sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) on the physicochemical properties of the endodontic sealers AH Plus Bioceramic Sealer and AH Plus.
Materials and methods: An in vitro study was conducted using two endodontic sealers with different chemical compositions. Samples were prepared in resin molds and exposed to either 5.25% sodium hypochlorite or distilled water as a control. Solubility, pH, and surface microhardness properties were evaluated according to ISO 6876.......

Abstract: Autogenous tooth transplantation, or autotransplantation (AT)—the surgical relocation of a donor tooth within the same individual. There are numerous indications for autotransplantation (AT). It serves as a therapeutic option in cases of tooth loss due to trauma, caries, periodontal disease, or endodontic issues, as well as in cases of impaction or agenesis. Contraindications may be absolute—precluding the procedure entirely—or relative, meaning the procedure may be performed after a certain period or once appropriate conditions have been established. The healing of periodontal wounds is generally considered a more complex process compared to the healing of epidermal wounds. Complications during healing include root resorption—which may manifest as inflammatory resorption or replacement resorption (leading to ankylosis)—pulp necrosis, impaired periodontal healing, etc....
Keywords: Autotransplantation (AT), Periodonal ligament (PDL), External root resorption, Mineral Trioxide (MTA).

Abstract: Background: The morphology of the mandibular condyle exhibits variations which may be helpful in temporomandibular joint assessment and forensic identification. Orthopantomograms (OPGs) are one of the most convenient methods for evaluating these variations.
Aim: To assess mandibular condylar morphology and bilateral symmetry in adult population of Ahmedabad, Gujarat and determine their association with age and gender.
Materials and Methods.....

Abstract: Background: Airway planning for head and neck cancer surgery is influenced by tumour location, altered anatomy and postoperative airway requirements. This study described airway management practices and evaluated their associations with postoperative intensive care unit and hospital stay. Methods: This retrospective observational study included 59 surgical records managed under general anaesthesia from November 2022 through June 2024. Airway route, intubation device, perioperative tracheostomy, reconstruction and......

Abstract: Background:
Cervical spondylosis is a common degenerative disorder of the cervical spine that can lead to nerve root compression and neurological deficits. Nerve conduction studies (NCS) are useful in evaluating peripheral nerve function and detecting abnormalities associated with cervical spondylosis.
Objectives: 1. To assess nerve conduction parameters in patients with cervical spondylosis. 2.To estimate the proportion of....

Abstract: Background: Diabetic autonomic neuropathy is an often-under-recognised complication of diabetes mellitus. Cardiovascular autonomic function can be assessed using non-invasive bedside tests, including the isometric handgrip test and the Valsalva manoeuvre. This study assessed autonomic responses in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and examined their relationship with diabetes duration and HbA1c.
Materials and Methods: A hospital-based cross-sectional observational study was conducted in the Department of Physiology......
