Abstract: Aim: The aim of the present study is to study the relevance of practical applications of Ergonomics and advances of physical therapy to overcome the challenges in Handicraft works to improve professional capabilities and evaluate upper extremity repetitive motion injuries" Design: A convenient, descriptive-correlation type of study design. Material & Methodology: A total of 159 subjects were selected by simple convenient sampling for study after signing the informed consent according to the inclusion and exclusion criterion. The related questionnaires are held in different handicraft factories after the related coordination with the owner of those factories permission in order to gather the related data. These questionnaires have been also distributed among the participated handicraft workers and then gathered completely.......

Abstract: This research is designed based on the need of tools to measure the leg muscle explosive power for volleyball athletes suitable to the jump movement in volleyball games. In order to help coaches or volleyball players to determine the explosive power of the basic leg muscle in volleyball players and to be one of the benchmarks for the given training achievements. This research aims to determine the construction procedure of the explosive power of volleyball athletes' leg muscle measurement tools, examine the validity of the power explosive of leg muscle measurement tools construction for the volleyball athletes, calculate the reliability of the leg muscle explosive power for volleyball athlete measurement tools' construction, examine the objectivity of the construction of volleyball athletes' explosive power leg muscle measurement tools. Abstract: Sporting field at present acknowledges and appreciates sportspersons who can consistently display superior performance, who is focused to be at his/her best and come out successful. Today, there is very little difference in the players' physique, talent, and ability. But all these aspects should be directed towards the best performance, for which one should possess a great deal of mental strength. When the heat of competition is turned up high, the individual performer or team that falls apart most often does so because of mental factors. As many of the psychological skills are inherent and controlling them under pressure and during extreme circumstances of uncertainty needs proper guidance and training.
