Abstract: Relevance: Neck pain is one of the most common conditions leading to functional disabilities seen worldwide. There are different methods to manage neck pain, conservatively. Physiotherapy treatment as conservative management involves reduction of pain, increasing the ROM, and functional ability by various approaches like exercise therapy, electrotherapy and manual therapy techniques. Various studies have proven that faradic stimulation along with conventional treatment gives significant beneficial effects. Hence this study was undertaken to compare the effect of 50% and 100% ramp-up Faradic Stimulation in patients with non-specific trapezius spasm...........

Abstract: The present study was investigatedto prepare a model Fitness test and to know the relationship of core stability with total fitness level of male professional cricketers. Randomly 40 (Forty) male professional cricketers aged 22 - 28 years were selected. Test and measurements were administered for 50 yards Dash for speed, Cooper test for endurance, Run-3 test for agility, 1 min Push-Up test for shoulder strength, Vertical jump for explosive leg strength, Sit and Reach test for Hip flexibility and Plank hold test for core stability. Statistical analysis was done only after extracting outlier data. The remaining data was calculated in 10th percentile and established a 10 point rating scale. Data were then normalized using Z-score technique. The total fitness score was derived from 10th point percentile scale to ascertain each variable separately and calculated out of 70 marks to justify the model test. Statistical technique Pearson Product Moment correlation test was applied to establish the relationship between core stability and total fitness score of professional cricketers, at 0.01 level. The result reveals a significant relationship (r=.674) between core stability and total fitness scores of the professional male cricketers..

Abstract: The purpose of the present study is to identify the effect of using one of the multimedia means in the development of teaching skills among students of practical Education . Twenty males (mean age 20.5 ± 0.54 years ), divided into two equal groups of 10 each. The program had been applied to the two groups for the period of eight weeks by two units per week. The educational program included teaching skills of the practical education through the use of a certain multimedia mean, such as a display screen. In order to analyze the results, standard deviations, skewness coefficient and the "T" test were used...........

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to propose a tactical and physical training design with a training load control tool adapted to the requirements of modern football. In this scope, our work was constructed in three parts. The first study evaluates the effect of integrated physical training on the VO2 max, based on a continuous VAMEVAL running test (Cazorla George, 1990) and the recovery heart frequency (2 minutes after the test). The second experiment indicate the value of explosive strength combined with intermittent running exercises at the level of the ability to repeat fast and high-intensity efforts in football. To figure out the type of explosivity we adopted, we try, in a third experiment, the effects of low and medium pliometry on the explosiveness of lower limbs..........
